Talking with the client to see what the goal for their project is, determine a rough idea of the budget, and determine their timeline for construction.
Evaluating the site of construction to ensure the feasibility of the project, and ensuring it meets all applicable bylaws
A summary of the preliminary design is sent to the client for their review, input, and further changes. The clients ideas and changes are then implemented into this and revised until the goal has been achieved
After the idea for the project has been finalized a full set of architectural drawings is drawn up with all the required drawings for a building permit
The drawing are released in either digital pdf or paper form along with all the required designer information sheets that are required for the building permit
Assistance is available through the entire construction phase to the client or general contractor for clarification of the plans, alterations, additional drawing sets etc. Additional fees may apply.
